The main truth is, every distressing aspect of life may exist happily and successfully. Actually, this is confusing which Buddha also devoted his entire life. Nowadays, success, material things, power and competitiveness are more essential, but this can also bring so much problems to anyone.

If someone learns not to depend to others and not to equate happiness with material things on earth, then the probability of breakdown of a person may also be reduced. This aspect is a preventive way and a valuable contribution of Buddhism to the practices of counseling. Actually, it is not suggested that all aspects must take a Buddhist stand. Counseling needs a wide range of sources and it happens that the Buddhist sources are among of these sources.

There are some implications associated with these ideas and techniques that are used in counseling. Using these concepts is important for the right clients for the appropriate problems. It can also enhance the practice of context.

The main test of these ideas is that every Buddhist strategy for behavioral changes may also be used as a backing of any practical evidences. If evaluation is properly demonstrated and produced in the most desirable results, then it may be incorporated into the collections of strategies in every practice these days.
